Spider-Man Is Getting Another Movie in the MCU
Guess it was just a trial separation. After announcing earlier this year that they couldn’t reach a deal on another Spider-Man film, Sony Pictures and Marvel Entertainment announced on Friday that Marvel honcho Kevin Feige would indeed produce a third Spidey film to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Once again, Tom Holland will play Peter Parker. The dispute between Disney, Marvel's parent company, and Sony, which owns the web-slinger's cinematic rights, started over financing the third film. Marvel reportedly wanted the financing to be 50/50, and it now seems as though Sony has agreed to those terms. The film is scheduled for release on July 16, 2021.Ellen DeGeneres Is Bringing Four Shows to HBO Max
